    Paula ChasePaula Chase
    Paula Chase earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Master of Music in Composition from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she was President of the local Composers' Guild from 1989 to 1990. She began her voice studies with Millicent Daugherty, and went on to study with Harry Morrison Richard Knoll and Kamal Scott. Composition studies were with John Cheetham, Thomas McKenney, James Mobberley and Gerald Kemner, and piano with O. Wayne Smith and Edward Thaden.

    Ms. Chase has taught voice, piano, theory and composition in many schools in the Midwest and New England, including Music/Arts Institute (Independence, MO) and Cambridge Music Center (Cambridge, MA). She is also very active as an accompanist for ensembles, vocal studios and musical theatre productions in the Boston area.

    As a member of the band Tic from 1993-1995, her vocals and songwriting can be heard on the debut release "T.i.c." (1994). She also appeared on Shave Librarian's 1996 release "The Butter Thief."

    Ms. Chase is currently Studio Director of Integrated Rhythm & Noise Studios, Watertown, MA. She is also Webmaster of Synthmuseum.com: The Virtual Synthesizer Museum.

    I am the Director of IRN Productions and IRN Internet Services From sound production and recording to website design, maintenance, and consultation. It is my job to make sure IRN meets our clients needs and surpasses their expectations. I have studied vocal perfomance at the University of Missouri, as well as Film Scoring & Music Synthesis at Berklee College of Music.

    I enjoy the process of bringing elements together for a project and working with clients to achieve their goals. I teach voice, piano/synthesizer, guitar, bass, MIDI production, music theory and composition/songwriting. I enjoy talking with businesses about the internet and working with them to understand this new technology and use it effectively. I also lecture about the history of the internet and its impact on society.
